Overview

Located in the heart of Marais poitevin, halfway between Niort and La Rochelle, eco-campsite La Frênaie spreads across a semi-shaded meadow of 2.5 hectares bordered by Canal du Mignon.

The site offers accommodation in yurts made on-site as well as camping pitches, following a strong ecological approach: dry toilets, solar water heating, waste separation and home-made cleaning products. La Frênaie is also an environmental discovery centre offering nature activities, the loan of naturalist equipment and boat trips. Pets are accepted under certain conditions.
