Article 1 — Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the subscription by a professional operating a campsite ("the Client") to a paid subscription plan on the cmoncamping.com website, published by OUINET (EURL SCROLLCOM and EURL ONE AD), hereinafter "cmoncamping.com". Paid subscriptions are sold and invoiced by EURL SCROLLCOM, whose details are set out in Article 2. These plans supplement the basic free listing with additional features described in Article 3. Subscribing to a paid plan constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

These T&Cs apply exclusively to professionals acting in the course of their business operating a campsite establishment. They do not apply to consumers as defined by the Consumer Code.

The Client may change their plan at any time (upgrade or downgrade) from their management area. In the event of an upgrade, the price difference is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the time remaining in the current subscription period and charged immediately to the registered payment method. A summary is presented to the Client before any plan change is confirmed.

Article 7 — Cancellation

The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their management area, under the «Subscription» section, via the secure management interface provided by Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period already paid for; no pro-rata refund is made for the remaining period, unless otherwise provided for in Article 6. At the end of the period, the campsite listing automatically reverts to the free plan, with no interruption to its listing.

Article 8 — No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply to contracts concluded between professionals in the course of their business. The Client, acting as a professional operating a camping establishment, acknowledges that they do not benefit from this right. cmoncamping.com may nevertheless, at its discretion and on a commercial basis, consider any exceptional cancellation request submitted promptly after subscription.

Article 9 — Client obligations

The Client undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date and non-misleading information about their establishment (contact details, description, pricing, photos).
